We purchased a new build in October 2023, and our builder required us to use this HVAC company. Less than a year later, we were forced to move out of our home for mold remediation. Since then, the HVAC system has continued to cause significant problems, including poor air balance, inability to control humidity, and the return of mold. In addition to these issues, we discovered that the breaker for the system was incorrectly installed. This is not only a quality concern but also a potential safety hazard. I had a wonderful experience with Gibson Heating and Air this morning. Andrew was absolutely amazing, kind, knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions and am not familiar with AC maintenance. Andrew took his time explaining the process and potential problems. He was extremely courteous and made sure he wore shoe covers as to not track dirt on the carpet. He was the BEST AC tech I've had out for service and Gibsons is lucky to have such a professional and knowledgeable employee! Had a great experience with Gibson Heating and Air. Luke and Jeremy showed up right on time and went right to work. They both worked diligently to complete the process of removing our old AC unit and installing our brand new one. All of our questions were answered and they even cleaned up everything after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Gibson's definitely sent me a dynamic duo. They not only installed a new heat/air unit, they were conscientious enough to do some structural repair in the area the unit was to be installed. They were both focused and added some courtesy along the way. Truly gold standard service.
