Gilbert Patterson Concrete

This morning I nearly backed into a Gilbert Patterson Concrete truck as they drove through a blocked off section of a parking lot to go the wrong way down a one way lane and then proceeded to park in that lane (still facing the wrong way). When I confronted them about it, the passenger just brushed me off and smiled. If you're going to be spending hundreds or thousands of dollars getting concrete work, do you really want it done by people who aren't paying attention and don't care about what they're doing?
