I had a really hard time finding someone to work on my gas oven. Chad was a man of his word. He told me exactly when he could come. He was on time & did the job in a timely manner! He was very professional & very reasonable with his charges! I will definitely use him again!!!! I highly recommend him!

bad service!!! I called Chad on Tuesday and ask him to come out to my house to look at a washer that needed repair. He was a little iffy on weather he could come out to water valley but after giving him my address he said he could. He said he'd come tomorrow but maybe Thursday. This is Wednesday afternoon late and I hadn't heard from him so i called him. He said he was in Lewisburg, which is further from Columbia than I am and he now tells me I am too far for him to come. Wasted a whole day waiting for him and now I am too far!!! He should have told me that when we initially talked!!! I give him one star>

Don't use him. Charged us, didn't fix it, damaged our counters and left it unconnected with a hot wire coming out of the wall. Claims part was $445 but I looked it up and it was $109. Admitted the damages once I called him. Now I have to pull out the dishwasher in order to turn the breaker back on. And wow you replied saying you don't know me yet you were just at my house. Oh and we have cameras.

Usually I don’t write reviews, but when I needed a repair guy, the reviews helped me greatly. I wanted to find a local business. I called, he came the next day- on time. Fixed the problem and charged a fair price. I’ll recommend to friends and family.
