I recently hired Gilliam’s Turf Tech to take care of my overgrown yard, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I reached out for a quote, their customer service was top-notch. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to understand my specific needs. On the day of the service, they arrived right on time and got straight to work. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they transformed my lawn. They not only mowed the grass but also edged the sidewalks and cleaned up all the clippings, leaving my yard looking pristine. It felt like a breath of fresh air! What I appreciated most was their attention to detail. They even offered some helpful tips on lawn maintenance that I could easily implement myself. In December of 2024, I posted a Facebook post about needing regular lawn care services. Charles reached out to me saying he could take care of it. Since then he provided regular lawncare service until July of 2025. He mowed the lawn in July then didn’t show up for over a month. I followed up with him this week to see when he was coming back and he said “On Wednesday” he would get it done. Fast forward to this weekend and he all of a sudden decided it was not in his area of service anymore. Leaving the lawn uncut for over a month, saying he would come out to service but never did. And all I got in return was a “sorry for the inconvenience”. Screen shots are attached. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

Gilliam surf tech was very professional helped me tremendously with my lawn and help me get it back in order. They came on short notice and did a top notch job. I would recommend them to anyone. Very polite and courteous as well!
