Gilligan's Irrigation and Landscape

Gilligans Irrigation and Landscape are top notch. Our first encounter with Kevin and his team led to the renovating and remodeling of our back yard into a beautiful living space where we continue to entertain family and friends. It went from an unused gated swimming area into a wonderful entertainment space. The awesome crew continues to maintain and care for our plants and trees.

I had Giligans Irrigation and Landscape come out to replace a bypass valve and some solenoids for my sprinkler system, and they nailed it. The work was done clean, quick, and right the first time no fuss, no cutting corners. James, the tech, was solid. Friendly, knew what he was doing, explained things clearly. Kevin, the office manager, was on point too. Easy to work with, responsive on the phone, and got everything scheduled quickly as I needed to get my system fixed fast. Bottom line: good crew, no BS, fair pricing. I’d absolutely use them again.

Both Kevin (the owner) and James (our tech) have been great to work with. They clearly explained the work to be done and walked me through as they progressed through our project. They are both very professional and knowledgeable - especially on our complicated HOA job. I highly recommend Gilligan’s!

Giligans irrigation and landscaping crew are awsome!!! Comuncation and knowing exactly what they are going to do before the project started was outstanding. No surprises!!!! The front patio looks Awesome, and we are getting great response from the neighbors commenting on how great it looks. Repair seemed ok, but the following morning in the location where he had put in a new line, there was another huge leak - poly split. I didn't stand over the workman when he was doing the work, but he seemed to be putting in a new section of poly line when I glanced at it. Regardless, a new split in less than 24 hours happened in the same location. I simply called in, spoke to the owner, Kevin, who immediately said unless they replace everything everywhere, they are not responsible, yet the split was in the new section they installed. A reasonable person would expect a response like, "Sorry, we will come back out and remedy it." But not this owner. He just was sure they could do no wrong, and he said he would have his workman call me, which of course he never did. What owner would turn you
