The technician showed up on time and got right to work. He did some troubleshooting on a heat pump that was frosting over. He found the problem quickly and gave me a detailed estimate for parts and labor before he left, as the part was not in stock. The part should arrive tomorrow and he told me he would call for a follow up appointment. I have been using Gilman for about 3 years for regular maintenance and service. They are awesome and true to their word. Thanks Mr Price.

BJ was great to work with on planning what I needed. Couldn’t be happier with Gilman. I will definitely call them again. James came to install the propane hot water heater the day after Christmas and I couldn’t be happier. On time under budget.

Joseph was on time and very professional. He performed a yearly check on our Rheem hvac and discussed with me options for a smart thermostat. This was my first experience with Gilman and I was very pleased how he represented the company. I would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful job. I've been without heat for a couple days and they came and fixed it They actually had to part on the truck. They were very, very reasonable. I've used them before for plumbing, this was the first time with my heating system, and I will continue to use them in the future. A gentlemen who were here were kind and they were professional. They were courteous, and they did a wonderful job. I have, and will, recommend this company in the future
