James and Brian were on time. They called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm their arrival. I initially thought the whole house needed to be snaked. But they checked all drains and found that it was just one toilet clog. The clog was cleared quickly. We were warned that the water heater could break down at any time as it was over 14 years old. They took pictures of it and sent us a quotation. I would highly recommend them
