Shane did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He was incredibly thorough, detailed, and took the time to explain everything along the way. The company’s website is very informative, and the final report was just as thorough and very easy to follow and understand. Shane also provided a home maintenance guide that I found really helpful. Buying a home is already stressful, but he made the process feel simple and gave us confidence moving forward. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection and would definitely use them again in the future.

It is extremely important to get a home inspection before purchasing. Mr Shane did an outstanding job in/on attention to detail during the entire process. There were no stones left unturned after he finished inspecting the property. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with recommendations. Very polite and professional.
