Giorgi and his team did a fantastic job on my deck and backyard patio. He was very attentive, detailed, and definitely knows what he’s doing. We had great communication from the start of the project to finish. Even before I made the decision, he took his time to stop by at the house multiple times to explain everything in details and answered all my questions. Once the project started, he worked fast, with supplies already there and ready to go. Giorgi gave me updates everyday, even when I was out of town and worked throughout the weekend. Not to mention, he was very reasonable in price and worked with the budget I had. I had a great experience working with him and his design. Even with the last minute design change, I was ecstatic with the result.

We met with Giorgi on a Tuesday to discuss and assess our situation. We didn’t need to start from the ground up, only the floor and rails. He did make what we currently had stronger. So he and his crew were here on that Thursday doing their demolition. To my surprise they worked very fast and efficiently. Needless to say our deck was completed fully by Sunday afternoon. We are extremely pleased with finished product as discussed. I recommended Giorgi to a few of my neighbors and he was able to do some minor repairs for one of them during his time at my house. Extremely efficient.

Mr. Giorgi was so wonderful to work with. Our deck was in terrible shape and rotting in several areas including the support beams underneath. Mr. Giorgi's workmanship is incredible! And also he was very kind, efficient and extremely communicative. On top of all of that, he was very fairly priced. We will be hiring Giorgi Home Services again for future projects and definitely will recommend to family and friends. (Staining still needs to be completed at a future date.)
