Lora and her team have been cleaning our condo at Wintergreen for over a year. They do a great job and she is highly communicative and professional. Our condo is always spotless in a timely manner especially considering the frequent challenges of coordinating around mountain-related weather events. She goes above and beyond with services that are unusual for typical full-time homes, like handling laundry, shutting off water/thermostat, etc. She is highly trustworthy and I would recommend Git Er Done to anyone!
Tried calling several times over several days - would leave voicemails and not get a call back. Not to mention their phone system is extremely weird with an automated voice system asking for the purpose of your call, but it doesn’t give you any indication of when to start speaking.
