This was our first experience with Jack and team. He came highly recommended by my neighbor. We had an AC compressor replaced (overdue) and a furnace replaced (preventative.) Jack and team were everything you’d want: explained options and reasons for suggestions, communicative, professional, neat and super nice. Highly recommend. We not only used them to replace the system but will be switching from the large company that we have been using for all future servicing and maintenance.

I don't usually like to write reviews for most service jobs, but when I find someone who is either absolutely great or absolutely awful I make exceptions. Giulaini AC & Heating were great today. I'd been looking for someone qualified to install 3 new Nest thermostats for quite some time, and it was starting to look like nobody in this area wanted the job. It was rather remarkable since the Nests have Consumer Report ratings in the high 80's. Then I stumbled upon Giuliani AC's webpage one afternoon last week, and called. Jack was great. While he wasn't able to come over right away we agreed he'd come by the next week. And he did. I find most often people will say they will do something, like follow up later, and then don't. We were so pleased with Giuliani HVAC. Jack responded to my evening inquiry (no heat on a freezing day) immediately and came out first thing in the morning. He and Leonard, were thorough, professional, straightforward and clear. Not to mention, on time and extremely reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Jack and Leonard!

Jack was incredible from start to finish. I called expecting a long wait, but he came out so quickly and was extremely professional the whole way through. Jack explained everything in a way I could actually understand, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and I’m really happy with my new unit. Highly recommend!
