My washing machine decided to die at the absolute worst time in my life, and Givens Appliance Repair was a lifesaver. David quickly arranged a time to come out and was very flexible with scheduling. He diagnosed the problem right away and took the time to walk me through what was going on. What really stood out was how helpful he was beyond just the repair visit. He gave me honest advice about which washer brands to avoid and which ones are actually reliable. I even sent him photos of two machines I was considering and he gave me his professional opinion. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Had my washing machine fixed and had a good experience overall. When I called he called me back the same day within a few hours and went over his pricing and then we scheduled him to come out a couple days later. He came out diagnosed it and had it fixed within an hour or so. He was professional and polite.

We called Givens Appliance Repair when our 30-year-old Maytag dryer quit working, and were so pleased with the service provided! David was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and also struck us as being very ethical. He was able to fix the issue and the dryer is still working well for us about 8 months or so later!

I am an old lady. I needed to keep my LG top load washer because the controls are on the front of the top where I can reach them. David was highly recommended by another repair shop, and he was awesome! He got my machine working within 45 minutes, and was even kind enough to worry that the noise during the repair process would frighten my cats. He was very respectful and understood my need for this machine. Pricing was very reasonable and if I could give him 10 stars, I would!
