I have had the pleasure of working with Tim and it's been the best experience you could ever have while going through a remodel. Tim is very professional and takes good care of your home. He's been so easy to work with. Like everyone that goes through this experience, our main worry is getting a contractor who does bad work or flakes out after starting the job. Rest assured, Tim is neither. He showed up everyday and worked quickly. He finished the work in the time frame he gave us. On top of this, his work is FLAWLESS. I am so impressed by the workmanship. Tim refinished our 2k hardwoods (Brazilian cherry) on a new move-in. The hardwoods had a good amount of surface wear, some long scratches and a few areas with black spots. Big project with winding staircases, balusters that had to be taken off, and lots of molding he had to remove. Some of the flooring had gaps between the hardwoods and some cupping. Project was done on time as promised and he did the best to protect the house from dust debris. Finished floors have a great 'like new' appearance. He is great with communication. Job priced for a high-quality look. We are very satisfied with his craftsmanship!
