Jayson and the team at Glamour Pools not only did an amazing job installing our fiberglass pool, they continue to amaze with the service they provide after the sale. I’ve heard horror stories about the pool business, these guys are absolutely the opposite of what you might of heard. Glamour pools is fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough.

Your drivers are going to kill someone the way they tailgate cars on interstate 95. There is no possible reason to be going that fast! There is NO pool emergency that i'm aware of that would require driving 85+ mph to get there. Especially in December here in Maine! You should be more aware of how poorly it reflects on your business as well, It's a travelling billboard!!

Worst pool company in the state of maine. Charged me for products I already had at my house and they used. Did not receive new products I was charged for. SCHEDULED 3 SHOW & TELLS. From may - July ALL 3 SCHECULED we’re no call no shows. Zero accountability on their end and terrible customer service from the female receptionist.. both holly & the other girl.. shame on this company. Never use them!!

We have been customers of Glamour Pools and Spa for over 10 years! They did an expert job at installing our pool and they have continued to service it each Summer. They are a Family run business with employees who have been with them as long which tells you not only are they excellent at what they do but they are great company to work for as well. Their team is courteous and they care about keeping their customers happy long after the pool has been installed! They recently repaired our automatic thermal cover the same guy who put the cover in over 10 years ago was back patiently explaining his work every step of the way! You will not find a better run pool company here in Maine! We highly recommend Glamour Pools - hands down they are the BEST! Thank you so much for ALWAYS being there for

We just received a call from Paula telling us that you will no longer be providing pool services to us after almost 30 years. When we asked why we were told it was Glamour Pools prerogative to do so. Is this how you choose to deal with us after all the business we’ve given you? We’ve spent over $1,000.00 just this year trying to get the pool running. Instead of helping us you drop us with no legitimate reason. We have always paid our bills promptly so that is not the reason. Why are you treating long standing customers like this?
