Glass Force Inc.

This place was much better when it was g&h glass. I’ve had two different bad experiences with glass force. Both times they would not return calls and give you the run around. Made an appointment and had to call them to see if they were going to show up. They said they had no appointment scheduled and would look into it and call me back. NEVER HAPPENED. Do yourself a favor and get a company you can trust and rely on you’ll be glad you did. Glass Force is a joke and worthless 👎

I rarely write online reviews. When I do, it is usually because the service has been either excellent or atrocious. In the case of Glass Force it was atrocious. Our contractor (Sun Rise Home Improvement who was excellent) contacted Glass Force to do the screens for our rebuilt porch. Their estimator, Frank, came out on August 24, 2024 to take measurements for the screens. He did and we asked him if there was anything else we had to do. Pay a deposit, for example? Frank said the company would contact us. He also told us their factory/shop was not backed up at the moment and that the screens would be done in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks went by and we had not heard anything so we called Glass Force to see what was going on. The necessary paperwork had sat on Miss Ella’s desk for two weeks

This place is just terrible. I needed to have another shelf made. I brought the shelf in. They measured the shelf. They cut it wrong. I brought it back and they now say I brought the measurement sizes in. The piece of glass was 18 dollars. If they are dishonest about something so small, what would they do with a larger mistake. Stay away from this place.

I am using Glass Force for the second time and I know that I'm just a pretty patient person or my review would be worse. The first time, the company really seemed to be on their game and I got a broken pane replaced within a couple of weeks, from scheduling a measurement for a bid to having the pane replaced. This second time, I had to call multiple times to try to get a measurement for a bid on a pane for a different apartment unit (I am a site manager). I never got a call back, but the guy showed up unannounced and although I'm required to give 24 hours notice before entering anyone's apartments, I sent him over to knock and ask permission to enter - luckily they were there and let him in, otherwise he would have to actually schedule at least 24 hours in advance. I have used Glass Force for a custom mirror, storm window repair and recently an installation of a sliding door and window. I have been really impressed by their work! The door came out beautiful and the installers were awesome. They did a great job and left things spotless when they were finished. Everyone involved was pleasant to work with including sales, measurements and follow up. They have earned my future business.
