We were very pleased with Glastonbury Carpet. Everyone we dealt with was great. The installers did a wonderful job and we couldn’t be happier with the 3 rooms of new carpeting in our house.

While the employees were pleasant and the box of tile I bought was fine, I had the feeling that almost everyone was less than fully skilled and/or trained in their job. The biggest example was that someone overcharged me by $45. While everyone at the store was nice and no one disputed the overcharge, it took me three phone calls to get the refund.

Glastonbury Carpet has done several projects for us and we have been incredibly happy each time with both the quality and service. A great local business that does great work. I would highly recommend for flooring or tiling needs!

They had exactly the carpet we wanted, but because of earlier negative reviews, we delayed for 5 months purchasing our stairway carpet from Glastonbury Carpet Workshop. That was a mistake. I talked with Brian to make sure they'd stand behind their product and installation. We got the Shaw's carpet we wanted for our stairway, and the installation was excellent. The installer himself was professional and friendly, arrived promptly, and completed the work quickly. We're delighted with the results and will return to them when we decide to add more carpeting.
