GLC Fencing

Firstly- Josh is the man!! Communication was great and I felt like discussing the project was easy and the right questions were asked when needed!!. Between waiting for a permit and then materials the project still started within a day of his projected tine frame. The crew fid a fantastic job! They got my front and back fence up quick and cleaned up well before heading out for the last time!! Will recommend any day, and plan to keep this company saved myself for future projects!

I had a positive experience with GLC fencing. Texting this company is definitely the fastest and easiest way to communicate with GLC. I sent them a text and several photos of my work request and was slotted within a week. I’ve attached photos of the old white small gate and the new gate prior to painting. Thanks Josh!

Josh was very nice to work with but, unfortunately, the fencing materials he used for my job were sub-standard. I paid almost $13K for a nice-looking aluminum fence that would meet pool code and contain my dogs. We specifically discussed the fact I was paying a little more to get a taller fence (5’) and a higher quality than the fencing available at Home Depot so I would not have to worry about my dogs getting out. Well, my dogs walk through the rails of this new fence like they are passing through butter. The pickets flex easily out of the way and my dogs pass right through at will. Josh maintains the problem is with my dogs, but these are 50-lb bird dogs. They are neither small nor overly large, and they are definitely not aggressive in trying to escape. We had a privacy fence and gate installed. GLC is very responsive over email during the quote/scheduling stage. Only communication complaint is that when the installer was late, GLC basically told me they don't know the installer's schedule. I felt SOL for a few days. The installer did come just a couple days after the scheduled install. These things happen sometimes. It'd be great to just get an update from the installer though. Day 1, he removed the old fence and set the posts. Day 2, they put up the fence and gate. Both days they worked very quickly, and they did an excellent job. They did technically build our side fence "backwards," but that's a very minor complaint as it borders our neighbor's yard. Glc had a great price point but my fence rotted from the base after a few years. I contacted them well before the hurricane fearing the fence might blow over. He came by, told me fence was fine. Predictably the hurricane blew the fence over. He said he would shore it up, gave me a quote. Then left me hanging - suggested I call a handy man the repair the fence. I’m sure he struggled like all of us through the hurricane. Seems like a good guy, bad luck for me.
