From start to finish, our experience with this company was exceptional. We hired them to install an in-ground pool with pavers and complete landscaping for our backyard. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with GLC was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. Like many of the other reviews, my experience began very positively. Stephen presented himself as knowledgeable and attentive. Unfortunately, the moment the talking stopped, and the actual work began, everything changed dramatically. The project lead was Owen, with Stephen supervising most of the three day, $24,000 project. From the very start, they seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. Tree stumps that were supposed to be removed by excavator suddenly had to be ground down instead. My questions about whether the leftover wood chips could affect the new plant growth were dismissed without explanation. I contacted GLC with a very rough idea of what we wanted, Gino helped fine tune that and build us the lean to structure we wanted. It's rare these days that you enjoy working with a company from day one and still enjoy working with them at the end of the project. I will definitely call on GLC again, and will recommend them to anyone that asks. Communication is key and was outstanding throughout the project.
