KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!! I parked in this lot in August 2024 and paid the $15 with my credit card. The charge didn't show up on my account until several days later, which seemed strange. Later I started receiving notices from Parking Revenue Recovery Services, with photos of my vehicle entering and leaving on the date I was there, but with no record of my payment. They demanded $87 in fees! I provided a copy of my credit card charge and a dated ticket to the museum I visited across the street that day and assumed it was settled. Now, in October, I've received a notice from a debt collector lawyer. Fortunately, by then I had actually discovered the receipt still in my car; otherwise, I don't know what recourse I would have from these people. Seems like a set-up by the parking company to me. I've use this lot twice to stay at the Staybridge Suites across the street with no issues. I used and paid with the SP+ Parking app. I didn't put a receipt on the dash as there's no physical receipt and was never ticketed. Adequately lit, I felt safe, my car was safe and parking was much cheaper than using Staybridge's parking. However NO in and out privileges. I used the local bus every time I parked in this lot and stayed at the hotel.

Really bad parking experience. I cannot pay the toll on the parking machine successfully. So I used the park mobile app. However, I received a 60$ ticket the next morning, said "there is no receipt on the dash." The garbage are everywhere in the lot and I am really worried that someone break my window.

Was wary to park here due to prior review but had a great experience via Spot Hero today. Lot was clean and felt safe (daytime parking from 8:30-6:30), only $10.
