Glenmont Heating & Air Conditioning

This has been a crazy weather week and somehow we were able to get immediate help! Everyone involved has been courteous professional and a great pleasure to work with! Judy handled all of the admin part and Haddon was our tech. Haddon is so friendly knowledgeable efficient and an all around great guy! I would highly recommend Glenmont and super shout outs to Judy and Haddon. We are so grateful to have heat back!! 🙂

Glenmont H&AC was able to send a technician to us for our air handler problem right away - just hours after my call to them in the morning. Our problem was diagnosed and taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was very nice to be able to communicate so easily with the friendly staff. I will be calling them again for future HVAC needs.

Our boiler broke earlier tonight - on the coldest night of the year! We called Glenmont and spoke to their technician Haddon, who correctly diagnosed the problem over Facetime, opened up their parts warehouse, and brought the right part out to our house to fix the boiler, all within about 2 hours. He was wonderful - professional, efficient, friendly. He knew what he was doing and went the extra mile for us, not finishing until after 9 pm, so we could have heat. We have a service contract with Glenmont and it is SOOOO worth it. They are a great, reliable, human company. Thanks Haddon and thanks Glenmont!

About 4 months ago I had Glenmont HVAC install a ductless mini split unit in my upstairs bedroom. I have a Cape Cod-style house and the central AC never really cooled the upstairs much at all. I got tired of using a window unit AC. Glenmont was very professional from the beginning. The technician who came to give me an estimate was polite and respectful. He seemed to know more about the mini split units than the two other companies that came to provide estimates. He explained the options available. I decided to get a floor-mounted unit, so it would fit under the window. Although these mini split units are expensive, I am so glad I got one installed. We have used Glenmont for years, always great service, very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Their recommendations on fixes/replacements are always fair and only when truly needed. One of their technicians, Haddon is particularly great. He provides some of the best service, fixed an old radiator issue we have had for years, and provided an excellent experience. Worth asking of him.
