Replaced a 25 year old system for my mother-in-law ... cut the power bill to less than half the bills from the previous summer. Mom gushed about how "pleasant" the service man was. They also installed an "outside" thermostat so the electric furnace is used instead of the "heat pump" when the temperatures get below 35F ... to keep the unit from running all night.
Had a unit installed that parts were taken off and had issues for a ho.e that is 3 years old
Did great work for us. Would recommend to anyone. Responsive and trustworthy.
