He took the time to clearly explain his findings so my buyer felt informed and confident. My buyer and I were both very pleased with their honesty, attention to detail, and overall professionalism,. Super thorough in their work (which is the most important aspect of this job), fully transparent, easy to talk to, they simplified all the terminology for me since i have no experience in this arena.
