Glenwood Springs Carpet One Floor & Home

The worst part about this place is when you go in they make you feel excited about getting a new floor only to take a week longer then they say just to come up with an outrageous price on thier estimates. Poor customer service and they make you feel like you are the little man in the room. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here unless you want to be ripped off. On top of this there is a review from over 3 years ago stating that someone had the exact same experience as I did and with the same exact salesman. You would think after several bad reviews you would step up your game. 3 years later and still serving the same poor customer service. Im not the only one who has been put thru these ropes. Completely unprofessional to say the least

I have been shopping at Carpet one in Glenwood Springs for nine years now. We’ve remodeled two homes and I’ve Always had great service and a the results are amazing!

Carpet one has been greatly helpful. I’m currently patching carpet in my master bedroom and had lots of questions about repair procedures etc. Leigha at the front desk, was friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I’m now all set with supplies and ready for some home improvement!

We bought carpet from Glenwood Springs Carpet One years ago and recently had some flooding in the house that resulted in a small patch of carpeting needing replacing. They came out right away and for a reasonable price were able to patch the area seamlessly with some remnant carpet that we still had from the original install. Easy, fast and reasonable!

Glenwood Springs Carpet One did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. I will definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend them.
