Glide Window Cleaning

I cannot recommend Glide window cleaning enough! I had Brody and Justice out to service the outside of my home, Along with the screens, and a power wash in the garage and the results are incredible – my windows are so clear. It looks like there is no glass there at all! They were punctual, professional, and removed their shoes inside. They even went above and beyond by, tending to hard water, stains, mending screens, etc. They were very polite, besides being focused and attentive to each detail, aiming to leave a sparkling appearance.I will be glad to see them in a few months.

1. Uber pushy door-to-door marketing. Sales guy bypassed the "no solicitation" sign at our front door and trespassed into our backyard, disrupting our family time on a weekend. Would not leave no matter what I told him. Proceeded to namedrop me around the neighborhood, telling friends we used them. 2. Day-of service: Contractor contradicted sales guy and said I was locked into an 18-month agreement, even if I was dissatisfied with their initial work. Interrupted my work calls at least 8-10 times because equipment wasn't working, I needed to check his work several times, etc. 3. Quality: The first time contractor told me he was done, he hadn't done any second floor or basement windows yet. I had to point that out. Second time ... he hadn't cleaned any screens. Able and Orlando did an excellent job on our windows. They were professional and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with their work. Our windows have never looked so clean. Thank you 😊

Christopher Hernandez and his colleague did a great job cleaning the outside of the windows. They went an extra mile to inquire about missing screens. I found them and they cleaned and installed the screens. I’m looking forward to having the inside done this winter.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this company. they came to the house and wanted to do window cleaning- I said only if they could repair the screen. window- done. screen, nope. and they put the screen in backwards. fast forward, I told them since they didn't do the screen,I wouldn't pay. weeks. they said "oh, we had to do it when you were home, and you haven't been around"- no, the screen is on the outside and doesn't need interior access. finally, 3+weeks later they came by to fix the screen. I paid them and said, I will not be going forward with your company- they then said "ok- $410 contract cancellation fee" WHAT!!! I have spoken to them and said, you broke the contract by not doing the job as advertised, I have no confidence in your ability to go forward with my needs, I wil
