I bought engineered hardwood from Global. Howard was patient with me as I decided what I wanted and let me take home samples frequently. Sam, the owner was equally accommodating. My contractor requested delivery too far in advance and while he cured it appropriately we had a problem with the hardwood and the manufacturer didn’t stand by it. Sam did. He was able to provide us with enough wood to reverse the issue. I would advise anyone to use Global’s preferred installers. Once the product leaves the shop, the customer loses recourse with the manufacturer and the distributor. It was an expensive lesson for me and my contractor to learn. My lesson, however, shouldn’t deter you. Sam, Howard are awesome!

Great company to work with and loved Isaac, their preferred installer. The material was great, but installation is half the battle and Isaac was on site and was part of the team, making sure it was done right. He did such awesome finishing work compared to other installers. He’s so far the only flooring guy I would use again and again!

These guys were great. They have so many more hardwood floor options than even the big warehouses in Canoga Park. And on top of it their prices were way better! They got me the wood quick with no issue and it came out great.
