Global Heating and Cooling services

After calling 3 different heating and cooling companies I decided to go with global and they did not disappoint. I made an appointment and technician was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. That to me shows that they are experienced with that they do and not try to upsell you with services you don't need.. just straight to work, it was some sort of sensor that needed replacement. I asked him to look at the other sensors on the furnace if they need replacement and he said the other ones are all good. Trustworthy people that have good business practices and they are now my go-to for any heating/cooling repair.

John fit us in on short, same-day notice when our furnace and water heater were down and quickly diagnosed the issue. While the furnace had to be replaced, he made a point to get our water heater fixed up the same day. Even better, his crew was out the next day to replace the furnace. They were all friendly, professional, and did great work. Will definitely call them again next time we have an issue.

I contacted John via text on Tuesday night. He got right back and scheduled to come out the next day. He showed up early, fixed the furnace quickly and charged me a very reasonable price (much less than I expected). While he was there, he noticed there was a leak in the hot water heater supply line. That was a bonus catch. Will definitely use Global again. It was a great experience.

I contacted John for a failed pressure sensor in my furnace. He was very prompt in response and reasonable in his quote. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate on short notice and took care of the issue very next day. He was communicating well throughout the process.
