This place is completely unethical, and the city should find a new tenant. 10 min late and a 100$ parking ticket, they don’t allow u to add time easily to your parking and the QR codes to pay are easy to miss in the garage. The codes also do not allow u to add time at all if you were a guest at checkout. Denver please evict this company and find one with ethics and morals.

⭐ 1 star Extremely negative experience. Charging $102 for about 3 hours is excessive and unreasonable. The parking facility is in poor and unsanitary condition, with a clear lack of cleaning and maintenance. The stairs smell strongly of urine and have visible feces, creating a health and safety concern for customers. In addition, the billing practices feel predatory and poorly disclosed. I strongly do not recommend this parking location.

Parked for 32 minutes and payed on the exit. Recieved a NOTICED OF NON-COMPLAIANCE and fine of $102.00 with a pictures of a car model like mine but such terrible pictures I really don't know. The violation reads I Had no permit, no facility reg/ or unauthorized parking. What is up with company? Its not public Parking? They need to be closed. Even their own web site doesn't display the rules. They only list this: Enjoy safe and affordable parking in Denver. NO WAY TO PAY!! This garage is a scam, the ONLY place there are QR codes are in the elevators. If you do park here make sure to try and find the pay QR code before you get in the car, if you can, because there are ZERO options anywhere else on the way out. The kiosks at the exit only say that you must pay before leaving, but have no website, QR code, or functionality to pay. This garage is set up purely to fine people who assume they can pay on the way out like all other parking.

I had a frustrating experience at this parking garage. I received a $100 fine for leaving just 20 minutes past the allotted time. While I understand that rules are rules, the situation was made worse by the lack of payment machines inside the garage. I couldn't find a way to pay for my parking, and I had to rely on someone else's phone to make the initial payment. It feels unfair to be penalized when the facility does not provide adequate means to pay for parking. I would not recommend parking here unless you are absolutely certain you can manage your time perfectly or have access to a working/charged phone.
