Let alone courteous and professional, within 24 hours of speaking with Eric about a critical roof repair, Eric and his team were able to meet the scheduling requirements, assess the situation then complete the repairs. Glad I found Global Pro roofing to replace my roof. Great service, great communications, and competitive pricing Eric is passionate about roofing. He really goes the extra mile and keeps you informed of the different stages from permits, material orders, delivery of material , and schedule of work. I live in center of my sub division that is high traffic with a lot of kids playing around. He took the time to place caution tape to ensure kids would not wander in the work area. Eric also went out of his way to fix a portion of houses fascia for free. Eric really goes the extra mile to do things right. Would recommend this company who need to get their property re-roofed.

I hired Global Pro to replace two sections of flat roof, and re-shingle my house. Roughly 30-35 or so square, between flat roof and shingles. The job was done promptly and done well. He sent several pictures through every stage of the roof replacement, and maintained a great attitude from start to finish. 6 MONTHS later, my flat roof starts to leak at one of the seams…. When I called Eric to address my troubles, He jumped into action to make the repair, and when he got here, he went to the distance to make sure it will never leak again, and it has not leaked since. We had a rough introduction, but Eric is a high quality contractor that you can trust, and communicate with. Will definetley use global pro again 💯
