Globe Airport Parking

We have used this parking company for years and have always recommended them to everyone we know. Between our family and friends, there are easily 30–50 people who regularly use this company whenever we travel, simply because we have always trusted them and had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. We had an event to attend and called the day before to confirm that they could park our vehicle. We were told it would not be a problem. Because of that confirmation, we did not purchase parking at the event itself, which later sold out. Best place to park in Pittsburgh. I’ve used them twice in the last two years. This last time, I had them do an interior cleaning and detailing while I traveled and they knocked it out of the park. Easily the best detailing job I’ve ever had done. These days it’s increasingly rare to get exactly what you paid for, but they deliver it here. I’s give them 6 stars if I could.

I had a scheduled time at my hotel for shuttle service. I had 2pm pickup and been in the lobby for a half hour. I ran to the bathroom and the driver left right as I came out of the bathroom at 1:53. Hotel staff tried to get Globe to come right back and they not only refused but Globe staff were extremely rude. Globe staff said I could be put on the schedule for 2:30 and hung up before the conversation was over. Their site says they are customer focused. I haven’t seen that.

What's to say? Price is way less than at the airport. Warm, comfortable shuttles around the clock. Get back from the tropics to an epic snowstorm that dumps 16 inches of snow and by the time you get back to the lot you car is cleaned off and warm. No searching for your car at 1 am, no cleaning your car off. No cold car. Where's the downside?
