We have been using GLT for 20 years. We recently moved and needed plumbing work done on both houses. They have been responsive returning calls and answering my questions. They replaced a hot water heater for us 3 years ago in our old house. They just replaced one in the new one. They have installed dishwashers and done some troubleshooting on a variety of issues. The service is top notch and affordable.

Unfortunately I am not a happy customer. GLT plumbing was recommended by my mother of all people. We had a stopped up line from inside the house out to the yard. They removed the toilet which, with little prep then leaked all into the basement and ruined the carpet. The camera was run all the way outside and it was determined a crack was in the back flow pipe. Thus began the disaster. The heavy equipment was brought in to dig 12 ft down. There was no effort to save any grass with plywood or boards. The entire front yard was destroyed as far as 50 feet from the actual dig site. My sprinkler line was crushed in three places and just covered up with dirt and hidden. I had to pay another firm to find and repair the broken lines. Then I paid another $4500 to get the once nice yard even servicea
