We are very satisfied with the project completed. Juan’s team repaired and renewed our porch. They began and completed the project quickly. They were able to salvage portions of the original structure while replacing the wood when necessary. They were an excellent team; with detailed craftsmanship and professionalism. Juan is expedient in his communication and transparent regarding the work and pricing. We had a minor change in our paint preference towards the end of the project and he was amenable to it. We intend on utilizing Juan’s expertise and services in the future; highly recommend.

I recently had a new roof installed by GMC Construction and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. They arrived at 7am and left by 6pm with the whole job done and had everything cleaned up. This was also the best price I received out of 4 quotes. Would highly recommend.

Juan and his crew were amazing. GMC was very flexible and answered all of my questions. I made changes a few times and they sent me new estimates before starting so they were very patient and understanding. They installed 12 skylights and pointed and flashed my chimney. We have had some decent rain after the new roof was installed and my attic is leak-free. Cleanup was outstanding and they are all very hard workers. I will certainly hire GMC again!

Very happy and impressed with Juan and his crew at GMC construction. The price was reasonable; Juan was quick to respond to my questions. Scheduling was easy and fast. His crew showed up promptly as scheduled and did a professional job all the way around, from removal of the old roof, installation of the new, and clean up afterwards. And I could be biased but the new roof looks fantastic.
