GNS did my landscaping for years without a problem until now. After spending thousands of dollars with this company since 2011, I had them remove and replace a palm tree in my front yard in early May 2018. The supplied triple palm tree did not look well when it was planted but was assured that it would be fine and that it was under warranty. When I returned home in late September from being overseas since mid June, two of the three palms were dead and the third one not very well. I contacted GNS regarding the tree and was told that there was no warranty because he felt the tree had not been watered enough. Strange because the rest of my vegetation and neighbors vegetation is all fine and was informed that there was certainly no shortage or rainfall over the summer. The tree was also watere

If there was a MINUS 5 stars for theses guys it would be more appropriate. They have no clue what they’re doing . Such a disappointment!!!! We spent about 40k 4 years ago to re do our backyard completely over and this company while over charging us the whole time completely ruined about 80 percent of it. Such poor management and no responsibility whatsoever of what was agreed. Didn’t keep up with irrigation even though it was agreed it was their responsibility , didn’t know how to properly trim plants or take care of them. I could go on and on .. Bottom line stay away from them.. I guess they’d be ok for regular lawn maintenance.. but then again they do charge triple the price of others ...
