Go Pro Locksmith

I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air wedge and a metal rod to reach through the door slit and grab the key ring (around 6 keys). After the job, my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap. I asked the technician to pour a small amount of water on that area to check the seal, and it leaked. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like “Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?” which came across as condescending. Later they claimed to have “before and after” photos, but the only photo they had was taken after the job was done, and they tried to use it as proof that the damage existed earlier. Thank you Phil. I appreciated your professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. I misplaced my rental car key ( eventually found after the fact, of course) and Phil took the call from Hertz. Got a car key and fob replaced after losing mine. Gopro was very responsive and flexible with scheduling. Saved a ton of money compared with the dealer (dealership quoted $400). Locksmith did a site visit and did everything in 20 minutes. Couldn't recommend more highly!
