Highly recommended as they are committed to customer service. My home had a leak in the main line connecting the home line to the municipal line last November. After searching online, I found Go With The Flow due to their stellar reviews and decided to use them to repair the leak. They came out within 2 days and repaired the leak, which took about half a day. They took time to explain what they were doing and what the issue was. We thought the cost was reasonable and that was the end of that experience. Fast forward 10 months and we had another really high water bill so I went to check the water meter and saw that there was a leak at the same spot that was repaired last November. The outdoor hose bib has dripped steadily for the last few summers. This winter it became a steady dribble. I made an appt at the beginning of the week and was not disappointed. Alex not only replaced it, he touched up the paint on the house trim, advised how best to handle the sheet rock which had to be cut in to (suggesting an access plate instead of replacing the sheetrock), and kept me informed along the way. This is a job one of the most well known plumbers in Clark County said would be too difficult too complete for a reasonable price, as it would compromise the brickwork. NO brickwork was damaged today!

He was professional, incredibly helpful, and patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I understood the repair process completely. The job was done efficiently and correctly the first time. Alex did a great job replacing leaky flanges in both of our bathrooms, including one that drilled into tile on slab foundation. He was on time, clear about what needed to be replaced and what it would cost, efficient, and reasonably priced. We'll be happy to call Go With the Flow again.
