G.O.A.T. Blacktop

Our Company used G.O.A.T. Blacktop for our project at Shelby Oaks Apartments, a 216-unit complex in Shelbyville, KY. Matt Colson was great to work with and is very detail-oriented, ensuring that the project ran smoothly. He provided exceptional workmanship in crack sealing, re-sealing the parking lot, and re-striping all areas. If you are looking for a great company to work with that does great quality work and is a pleasure to work with, look no further. Matt Colson followed through with every time/date set. If there was going to be a problem with the weather, he gave us plenty of notice so that we could do a workaround. Always responds to calls/emails promptly. You won't go wrong using this company.

Matt did the sealcoating at Nicholas Place Apartments, and it looked so good that I hired him to reseal my own driveway. I had used another company the previous year, and the results didn’t hold up at all. Matt explained the higher-quality materials he uses, and you can tell he doesn’t cut corners. His crew was also very respectful. I highly recommend G.O.A.T. Blacktop!

We highly recommend G.O.A.T. Blacktop. Matt and his team resealed and striped the parking lot at Georgetown Oaks Apartments, and it looks amazing. Due to the size of the project, we had to spread it over a couple of days. Matt helped us come up with a plan to minimize the disruption to our residents while swiftly completing the job.

Our church parking lot was looking worn and tired, having not been resealed in quite some time. Matt came out to personally view the property and discuss several of our problem areas, offering possible solutions. He then came back with a same-day quote that was very, very reasonable. He was also kind enough to work around some scheduling conflicts that we had, allowing for the longest possible cure time. He and his striping crew even helped us resize some of our parking spots, to allow for easier use. Best of all, he was always reachable by phone or by text, and was always pleasant to communicate with. The end result? A great-looking parking lot that wasn’t nearly the “project” we feared it could be. Would not hesitate to use Matt and his company again!!
