I had a great experience with Gober’s Septic. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and they got me scheduled quickly. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did the job efficiently without any surprises. Their pricing was fair, and I appreciated the honest, professional service. It’s clear they care about their customers. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing septic work in the Spokane area.

My dad has always used them so I have as well. I recently had a flooded basement and called them to check the septic just in case it was that because it's happened before and the two plumbers I had hired to fix the drain hadn't been able to fix it properly. I gave it four stars out of five because I would've had to pay $200 for them just to come out and not pump it and I paid over $700 to pump it, which all seems really expensive (to be fair I spent $500 each on 2 plumbers to snake a drain unsuccessfully)... but they were extremely responsive and professional and the guy that came out did explain everything really well. He tried to save me the pumping money and felt I did not need it done, but I chose to spend $700 on pumping that may not be needed instead of $200 on nothing which is on m

SO responsive -- so helpful. Besides the routine pumping of two distinct systems (one conventional, one aerobic, ot the same property) on different schedules, these people go beyond in being helpful. One one side they pointed out a crack in the tank, explaining the options of their repairing, or what I could do to address it. On the other side, we had a "scare" of the aerobic system that seemed to not be operating properly (over the weekend, of course!), and their technician walked me though troubleshooting, and ultimately addressing the issue without a potential visit. You can bet I'll continue to use them when it costs!

In my humble opinion this company is, in fact, heaven on earth. At least the angels that work here. Our toilet was backing up into our shower on a Saturday. I called many places on Sunday and was told over and over again sorry, we don’t work in the cold. I was very deflated. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Bonnie who was so kind and so compassionate. She got me on the schedule and it turns out you can get your septic pumped even in cold temps. The two men that showed up were so professional and kind and they really worked hard to get our frozen cover off. Although the clog would need to be worked on by a plumber they gave me a place to call and I was able to get in the schedule that same day. We were having septic issues, I called a few places and they weren’t available until the following week. I called Gober Son and Son and they were able to squeeze us in the same day last minute. I called back several times to ask questions and then relay the messages to my husband. We agreed we would use them for our needed services. I called back and scheduled the appointment and they were more than willing to help us. They called us when they were on their way and arrived right around 2 like they said. They explained to us exactly everything we wanted to know and everything they were doing. They explain to us preventative measures as well. Every single employee we spoke with were all extremely polite and professional (Bonnie, Tim and Stephen). Would highly recommend to anyone in need of t
