Goddard Ready Mix Concrete Co

Very disappointing. I set up a concrete pour and received a "grand total" for payment. On the day of the pour they called to see if I could pour earlier in the day and gave me a NEW grand total with more than a $100 increase. I see no integrity with the owner who refused to take my call so I canceled the order. I would think that the company would continue with it's original quote as they were still making a profit had i remained their customer.

They did a fantastic job even helped me spread some the concrete out. Concrete was really high quality at a very far price will use again!

Been using Goddard for years have a very successful Concrete business. Some days are better than others than any business. I would say there Concrete is consistent and the staff is friendly some of them even like family. I would give this company 0 stars if possible. This company confirmed my appointment multiple times and when it came to the time of deliver they were 2 hours late and made multiple excuses. When they realized it was their fault, they decided to tell me that I was 7 miles out of their delivery radius and that they could not deliver to me. They told me to call other concrete companies instead. I'm an active duty combat veteran who traveled halfway across the world to help my parents complete a project. (That's why I confirmed the appointment 3 times prior to arrival). In my line of work, if i made mistake and failed a mission, lives would be at stake. So, I understand the importance of integrity and responsibility. I would man up to my mistakes and make sure that I resolved the issue.
