They followed through with great communication and provided detailed information about the repair services and billing ( which was very fair and reasonable). Very hard working and respectful team. I've worked with Godinez for years and they just recently saved the day when we had a broken pipe. They came immediately to pump out when my damaged system was overcapacity. Then the next day they made repairs. Everyone on their team is knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. I won't deal with anyone else.

Pedro did a great job diagnosing and replacing the sump pump for my septic system. Where other companies have been quick to charge for pump-outs and leave, that was not the case here. He was courteous, thorough, investigated the problem fully, did a very clean job, and took time to explain everything. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable, clear billing, and service was extremely prompt all around. I was happy that the prices were fair, without extra add-ons such as travel or emergency expenses or unnecessary services. This will definitely be the company I go to from now on.
