I was able to get a same day appointment which was a blessing because my heat wasn’t working. The tech arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend this company!

Chase arrived quickly, was upfront about the work, and clearly knew the mechanical and electrical side. Fair price, stayed until everything was fixed, and saved us from another freezing night. Pointed out next HVAC/electrical area of concern, but worked around it. Didn’t try to upsell—biggest tell of character and his company. Would use again.

Chase came out on Sunday for a last minute call and had our system back working in short order. He was able to quickly diagnose our issue and explain it clearly while having the needed parts available on the truck. Price was more then fair for a afternoon service call on Sunday!

Woke up at 530 with the AC not blowing cold. At 730, my wife made some phone calls and got an appointment with Godwin AC. At 930, Chase, my tech was leaving the house with the capacitor replaced and system cleaned for $195 out the door. chase was fantastic, quick, professional, and explained every bit of what he was doing. I will absolutely and happily be a repeat customer!
