Goering Hardware, Plumbing & HVAC

We have used Goering’s for many years now for basically all of our plumbing and HVAC needs. We had a persistent drainage problem for a while that took them several trips to sort out, but generally get very good service. Today, Josiah came promptly and repaired our water heater. Goering had installed the heater about 3 1/2 years ago so the fix was a part under warranty.

I’m very thankful for the excellent service from Tanner Prophet today. I called Goering Hardware about my air conditioner, and he arrived within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the issue, picked up the part, and had everything repaired within a couple of hours. Tanner was polite, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the quick and reliable service.

We’d been having trouble with the thermostat on our heat pump for some time. We decided that we needed a new HVAC guy! Our neighbor suggested that we call Goering Hardware. We are very glad we did! Jed was able to come out within a few hours. He was very pleasant and courteous, qualities that we value. When he saw that our thermostat was practically new, he suggested that instead of installing a new one he could just fix the one that we had installed less than a year ago. He was careful in making the diagnosis and discovered the problem. He quickly finished. It’s been working like a top ever since. We’ll be calling on Jed at Goering Hardware again! We highly recommend!!

I called Goering Hardware in Moundridge to let them know that I have water dripping out of my gas furnace. I let them know that it isn't an emergency, I have placed a container there to catch the water. They sent Tanner out to my place within the hour. Tanner had it all repaired in minutes. It's very easy to give Goering Hardware and Tanner 5 stars. This is the kind of response we are used to getting from Goering Hardware. And it was nice to meet Tanner. Thank you very much! I'm sure we'll be doing business again real soon.

We are very pleased with the quality of work done by Goering Home Services! Devin and Braden installed a mini split system and were very knowledgeable and efficient. Tanner successfully tested and repaired a gas leak. Great job guys!
