So I had a highly upsetting emergency shut off with my electric yesterday. No warning or indication, just shut off and deal with it because the company is closed for the day now. Everything in my house is run by electric- including my heat, and I have well water so no showers or running water either. Through several early morning phonecalls and negotiations today when I was supposed to be at work, I was ultimately told I needed to hire an independent electrician to fix the issue. I have only owned my first home for a little over a year now and I couldn't tell you the first thing about electrical panels or wiring, etc. So needless to say, I panicked and felt completely defeated. I had a repair project with a deadline and Mike was lovely about getting me fitted into his schedule. He was able to complete the work for me before the deadline, did an amazing job and even came back after I was having a problem with one of the outlets that he repaired to troubleshoot. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work that you need done.
