Great repair service. AC not working. I called just before 5 pm Friday and was told they be would be out Saturday. We were hosting a large family graduation party at 4 pm on Saturday and repairman arrived and worked in the rain to install a new fan motor. These folks work weekends, evenings, any time they are needed. We highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

The Goins always go above and beyond and today was no exception. Chase came to fix our AC unit after working all day long in the heat at 9:30 at night just to make sure we were taken care of. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We can’t thank the Goins and Chase enough for their hard work and dedication to their customers.

Huge shout out for Goins. They installed my AC unit several years ago. Anytime I have had an issue always prompt usually within 24 to 48 hours I have been serviced up and running again. .
