Careful! Received the same wallpaper from 2 different runs that were completely different in color. Not even close...Customer service was unapologetic and unaccommodating, basically told me to start over with the new product from the new run and cited a very broad disclaimer on their website. If the product will be so drastically different, they should tell you which run you are getting. Buyer beware when buying wallpaper from them!

Going Group doesn't return damaged chandelier Do not buy anything from this company! I have been struggling for weeks to return a damaged chandelier. They are refusing to accept the return, after requiring photos (two rounds of them) to show the chandelier hanging crooked and bent from the ceiling. Since they order from another manufacturer (they told me) they will not accept a return. They told me that I'd screwed the threads in wrong -- even though the chandelier came already assembled where the threads were bad. I've seen other reviews about this -- so buyer beware!

Awful. I ordered 5 items (2x - one cabinet pull type, and 3x - a second cabinet pull type). I received 1 of 5 items in the mail. After several weeks of pestering, I received 1 more... After several more weeks, I was ensured that the other three items were in stock, but due to a technical problem, they could not ship them. I requested a refund, which they told me they would issue. Then I stopped receiving communication from them, started receiving auto-replies, and the phone numbers available all go straight to voicemail with no return phone calls. Most everything you can purchase through this website can be found on other similar websites that BBB accredited. Go that route, and do not purchase from goingdecor.com

This is a horrible horrible company. I have never worked with such horrible customer service in my entire life. They know absolutely nothing about the products they are selling and never respond to phone calls or emails. I have been calling them for weeks and no response. They took forever to deliver my packages and provided me with no tracking information. I see products being deleted from their websites, which I think is very suspicious. I would personally think twice before ordering for them as it seems their business is failing. I am very very disappointed.
