I have rented from him for a year.the men he sent to make repairs today were excellent, efficient and very professional. I am very pleased with my home I rent from him.
I would rate Floyd a 0, but no stars are an option! Floyd has got to be the worst Landlord in the Henryetta area. I'd recommend you find someone else. He doesn't fix repairs and if there is a water leaking issue, his fix is to file a claim with the Insurance Company. He charges way too much for his properties that are all falling apart. He is terrible at returning calls. The rental across from the Dollar General has a leaking water issue from the roof and leaking natural gas outside. Also, the 2nd bedroom isn't legal with the State of Oklahoma. I'm filing a lawsuit in the State Oklahoma due to his practices and him taking advantage of people!!
