We've been using Gold Label Doors for about five years now. When looking for support like this - it's important to have quick response times and guys who stand behind their work. GLD has both. The owner has even come out at times to look things over, and has helped us make sound decisions around the cost of repairs. We've got three rolling doors, one of which they installed with motion sensors, etc. Really slick stuff. They're an easy company to recommend - I just booked them for our annual PM visit, too.

Nathan the tech, was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Made repairs in a timely manner and explained his findings to me. After talking to tech found out they have changed their product to industrial doors more than residential work. I have always used Gold label for my garage doors. We have used Gold Label door for a number of years and, always, they have provided reasonable, honest, dependable and friendly service. Recently we had a new garage door opener installed but, it would not connect to our car openers - not to worry they told me. Soon they returned with an additional part and, now, our door and all remotes work flawlessly. To summarize -- if you deal with anyone except Gold Label door you will probably end up paying more for , at best, acceptable work or, at worst, shoddy non caring workmanship. Friday morning, I had a spring snap on my garage door as I was trying to leave for work. Working off a tip from a friend, I called Gold Label Door. They quickly and kindly added me to the service schedule that day with a window of 11-1. At 11:01, two techs arrived at my house. They replaced both springs and taught me a thing or two about door maintenance. They were done in 30 minutes. A neighbor had a spring replaced earlier this year and it ran them over $400. I paid less than $225 for fast, courteous service. The office was kind, quick and helpful. The techs were friendly, clean and fast. So far, the work is excellent. I used them for new commercial door. And then for maintenance meaning we paid for 4 new springs to be replaced as they do earw out over time. No problem. I don’t t like their business ethics and way if doing garage door business. Last experience to ever call them. I called for a repair, given hourly rate and NOT FULL DISCLOSURE. IT WAS PER MAN PER HOUR, I felt I was ripped off. Double charge because 2 men showed up. I called thrir accounting and told the bill was right. I spoke to manager and he confirmed no error. He was going to have the owner call me and never happened. I never had that same non disclosure experience with any other company. I like to stick with one company and not shop to save a few bucks.
