I highly recommend Gold Medal Pools when it comes to a pool remodeling project. Tony is an amazing sales man and takes a different approach than most. I really appreciate his attention of detail as we bought this house with a 2003 built pool. The last homeowners did all the maintenance on it and you can tell it was there and not cared for. With the help of Tony we revived this pool from old dingy look to its true modern glory. Tony pass off to the project manager Cliff was great! Cliff was as attentive as Tony and was very responsive when we had questions. Overall, from the tile and coping, to the pool plumbers, electricians, plaster, and mastic crew it was a phenomenal and smooth process. We had Gold Medal Pools design and build our dream backyard. From the very start they were friendly and open to hearing what we wanted. The whole process was so smooth and really we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our pool was completed in 3 months and Gold Medal made sure we were happy with everything along the way. Ridge helped us with the design and paperwork approvals while Gene was our project managers. Both kept us informed of the process along the way and always made sure we were happy.
