Gold Medal Service - Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, & Electrical

On Wednesday, March 4, Alfred came and did a very detailed inspection of the furnace (which was not working properly) and told us we should consider replacing the unit due to its age. He was extremely work oriented and polite. Alfred set up an appointment for that evening with Devlin. Devlin discussed pricing with us (Devlin was great). The next day, Matthew and Chris replaced our furnace and condenser. They were very professional and dedicated to their work. Gold Metal provided us with an extremely hardworking team to help replace our units in a very timely and efficient manner.

I had routine maintenance/ clean out on my furnace. The technician was very polite, patient explained everything. I purchased maintenance agreement. Didnt feel pressured to get it. I would recommend Gold Medal. Second time i used them. I had water heater installed in September by them. Also a skilled polite young man much better price than other estimates I received, a lot less.

Matias Figueroa from Gold Medal Service East was extremely knowledgeable knew what the issue was in under two minutes and had it fixed in less than ten. Very good prices as well. Will be using them for any future needs absolutely.

Jeremy Vanbrunt was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about doing the job right. He showed up during an emergency, was reliable, and provided excellent service when it mattered most. I have three other properties and will be using Jeremy for all of them. This is the kind of technician you hope to find. Gold Medal 5 stars!!!!

Our technician Gabriel was very professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He made necessary repairs and also made further recommended changes to insure long term resolution of the issue. His prep and cleanup of the affected area was also excellent.
