Chuck and Lisa are an amazing pest exterminating power team. The Gold Shield team is extremely reliable, the price of their pest extermination is fair, and they’ve taken care of many pest problems for me in the past. I had to call Chuck on Fourth of July for a mice issue at one of my Airbnbs, he showed up for me even on his day off. I didn’t have to refund the guest thanks to him. The 2 mice were actually killed a few days later (we found the dead bodies). Today they sent David out and took care of our cockroach issue. The guest was asking for a free stay and didn’t get one because we had proof they were lying about the infestation. I will continue to work with them in the future on all my properties and the ones I manage. I highly recommend them!

Chuck was friendly and informative. He came on his day off bc it was the only time I was home and gave me information and instructions on how to not need him, if that makes sense. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. His demeanor was professional yet he put me at ease like an old family friend. I’d give him 10 stars, if possible!! I called Gold Shield to remove a hornet's nest. They were very pleasant on the phone and came out within an hour to start the process to remove the hornet's nest.
