Zach has been a wonderful technician every time he’s come to check out our mini split. He is very knowledgeable and fixes any issues we have very quickly. Setting up an appointment is always easy and gold standard is accommodating to our schedule. Lastly, when we had concerns about our mini split, Bud called me within a day to discuss. We are thankful for the years of service from gold standard!

Excellent service from start to completion! We recently decided to convert our 1952 home to a traditional HVAC system. Zach , our lead technician came out to give us a quote and to explain the details of installing all new ductwork and new heat/air/compressor systems. He was very thorough not just with our initial estimate but with every step that followed thru completion of the project. We always received a call with a 30 minute “heads up” when the crew was on the way . They communicated any needs or concerns with us directly and executed the project with attention to every detail .
