Terrible service and highly questionable business practices. Communication was poor from the beginning—messages often went unanswered, and scheduling was unreliable. I took a day off work for an appointment, only for the handyman to be a complete no-show. Another appointment was scheduled a week in advance, but I didn’t hear back until the morning of, making it impossible to plan. He first told me he was booked for two weeks, then later said he was available in two days. I agreed, but once again there was no follow-up until the night before, at which point I had already decided to move forward with purchasing a new RV and told him to hold off. That’s when he tried to claim I owed a $200 “cancellation fee.” No fee was ever posted or disclosed, no contract was signed, and no confirmed appo
Truly glad I found Nate! Such a kind nature and extremely helpful, trustworthy and knowledgeable. If I need it done I'll call Nate 1st before anyone else. He's the best I've found in Charlottesville. He really wants to make his customer's happy. I recommend! He is helping us hang a Barn door for our podcast room this week. A few weeks ago he help us set up a conference room, hang a TV, and move a stage. We couldn't be happier.
